According to the University of Florida’s latest press release, the raffle of a pink Motorola RAZR V3 will complement the T-Pain performance at the Big Orange Festival this weekend.

The device, weighing a mere 3.35oz (95g) and sporting Mini-SIM technology, will be given to the student with the correct raffle ticket, with each ticket being sold at $5. Tickets come with a complimentary pamphlet detailing a brief synopses of T-Pain’s career.

The phone’s camera shoots impressive 640 x 480 pixel images, which display beautifully on its 2.2-inch screen at a 176 x 220 pixel resolution. The raffle will occur before the performance, so that the lucky winner can use the phone to record minute-long snippets of performances of recent hits like “Buy U A Drank.”

The phone, praised as the most technologically advanced piece of mobile hardware during T-Pain’s career, is an exciting prize for concert goers.

“I really really want that RAZR!”

Said UF engineering sophomore Stacy Thompson.

It will look so awesome next to my Tamagotchi!”

Students are encouraged to add T-Pain’s hits to their favorite song list on Myspace for extra entries into the raffle. The winner might even have a chance to be featured in the rapper’s Top 8 for a month after the concert.

T-Pain’s performance will be prefaced by legendary comedian Larry the Cable Guy, whose wacky redneck antics have captivated audiences since early 2001. His popular “Git-R-Done!” skits are sure to be a hit with fans and recordings will be available for purchase on cassette or DVD after the event.
